I have a Play MPE Caster account. Can I access MTR using my Caster credentials?
If you are an existing Caster user, you don't have sign up for an MTR account. You can access MTR using your Caster username and password.
Can MTR track radio spins even before I pay for tracking?
Tracking radio spins only starts once you pay for tracking. We do not track radio spins before that.
Is it free to sign up for a MTR acount?
Signing up for a MTR account is free. This is equivalent to a basic subscription. You only pay for your selected tracking plan: 1, 3 or 6 month(s) of song tracking.
Why is the name of your stations in Caster different from MTR?
The station database that MTR pulls information from is different from Caster. This is the reason why the station/company in Caster's reporting page may appear slightly different from MTR.
I paid for song tracking. Will the system automatically renew it when it expires?
We don't automatically renew tracking plans, but you'll have the option to extend it if you want to.
How is MTR different from other monitoring services?
