What Reporting Results Mean

The Reporting default view will show each release's ID, Title, Artist, Label, Owner and reporting data. Reporting results are updated every 2 hours.

The reporting columns have specific meaning defined below.

First Available Date	The date the release first became available to recipients.
Last Activity	The date and time the recipient last interacted with the release from the promotional email or on the Play MPE® Player.
Streams	The number of times the release was streamed by a recipient from the Play MPE® Player.
Downloads	The number of times a track was downloaded by a recipient from our Play MPE® Player. If the release is a multi-track release and it was packaged as a .zip, all tracks are defined as being downloaded once each.
Email Opens	The number of times that a recipient opened and viewed your release email notification. Please note due to Mail Privacy Protection settings results may be inflated or inaccurate.
Email Clicks	The number of times a recipient selects the "Get It Now" button within the release email notification. Clicks on additional links will be tracked in the future.
Unique Contacts	The total number of recipients that your release was sent to.
