With Caster, you can design and compose content for release emails using the Email Builder in Step 3. Upload album images, attachments, write, copy and paste text, links, and images, and assemble the layout. Then preview to select email addresses to see the result.

Working with Email builder

• After creating a release and completing all fields in Step 1, click Continue to view templates and proceed to enter the release's Email Builder.
  

Email Settings

The Email Settings tab allows you to view and edit the Sender's email, name, and subject line. Input your release information in these fields to let recipients know what the email is about.

By editing the Element "blocks" and adding them to the release layout, you determine the content and look of the email. 

Please note your email design should include certain components like the "Get It Now" Button, Release Details and Track List to ensure recipients can properly access your release on the MPE Player. The remainder of the elements are optional.

Previewing the email

You can send a test email to yourself or someone in your team by entering an email address in the "Preview Menu" tab and pressing Send. 

Once you are satisfied with the content and layout of the notification email, click the Continue button to choose your recipients.
