Enabling "Share a Release" Permissions

Enabling "Share a Release" Permissions

Recipients from your chosen lists can now share your releases with their own Player Network Connections and coworkers with the click of button! To enable this feature for your release, toggle ON “Allow Sharing?” in Step 3 of the submission process in Caster.

Once enabled, recipients will be able to easily share your release with their verified coworkers and industry contacts from within the MPE Player.

Note: To become a verified network connection, added contacts are reviewed and approved by the Play MPE team.

If you wish to disable this function, be sure to toggle this OFF.

Recipients who receive your release by way of this feature will receive an email notification letting them know they can access your release from their Player account.

You may adjust or rescind this permission at any time for any release in your account, including previously published releases.

Please note: If you choose to rescind sharing permissions at any time, your release will no longer be available to any of the contacts it has been shared with.

For assistance with updating sharing permissions for your release, please contact support@plaympe.com.
