Composing & Editing Release Emails
In Play MPE v8 you are now able to design and compose content for release emails entirely using web tools in Releases.
Upload album images, attachments, write, copy and paste text, links,
and images, and assemble in layout engine. Then preview to select email
addresses to see the result.
Working with Email builder
- After Creating a release and adding Owner label and audio asset, click Continue to enter the release's Email Builder.
Email builder components
The Email Builder web tool is separated into three components. The
top section contains common email elements you will see as a recipient:
Sender name, Sender's email and Subject.
By editing the Element "blocks" and adding them to the layout on the left, you determine the content and look of the email.
By default, the email design already includes certain components like
the Labels, Open Release Button, Release Details and Track List. The
remainder of the elements are optional.

You can arrange the elements within the email layout by dragging the elements up and down in rows. For more on this, read:
Previewing the email
You can send a test email to yourself or someone in your team by entering an email address in the Send Notification preview field and pressing Send.
Once your satisfied with the content and layout of the notification email, click the Continue button to choose your recipients.
