Viewing labels

Users with the Label Management role can view what labels they have access to by clicking on the Labels link in the main menu.

 

The Labels view will now display showing your top parent label (the default label for your company). In the Sub-labels column it shows you how many subsidiary (or "child") labels are under your parent label.

Searching labels

If you have many labels you can search by label name by typing the full or partial label name in the search field at the top and pressing enter. 

Navigating labels

To navigate the labels, click on the label name to navigate to the label to see any child labels. 

Once in the label, you can navigate up the label hierarchy by using the breadcrumb navigation.
