How do I check the download progress or status
The player has a download manager section where it shows the download progress or status.
After clicking the download button, go to download manager section. Download manager is the white download on the upper right hand part of the player

After you click on the download manager icon, it will pop up the download manager page.
a) Zipping means the system is processing the request.
b) A blue circle moving clockwise, means that the download is in process.
c) A blue check mark next to the track means, the download is completed.
d) A red exclamation inside a red circle means the download is not successful, just click the icon(red exclamation inside a red circle) to restart the download.
Since the player is browser-based, all downloads go to the download folder that is set on your browser. By default, your downloads will go to your computer's download folder.
