Filtering results in Reporting

Filtering results in Reporting

If the initial results or search results displayed are too large for you to browse for a particular release, you can filter what is displayed by clicking on any of the filter buttons on the right of the search box.

Filtering by Date

Click the Date filter button and choose from the dropdown defaults or specify a particular range.

Filtering by Owner

Click the Owner filter button. A popup will appear showing an initial sort of Owner labels. Use the scroll bar on the right to view all available (this is limited to 50 entries).

Pick an individual owner by clicking on one of the entries or use the search box to narrow the list down more.

The trident icon indicates that the Owner label shown has sub-owners nested underneath.

To include results from subchildren of the label you have picked, check the box at the bottom of the Owner popup.

Filter by Label

Click the Label button beside the search box. Refine your search using the same methods as in the Owner filter.

Filter by List

You can filter by recipient lists so that you can view all releases that were accessible to the same recipients. Not all recipient lists are exposed to all Caster users; only those lists available to you are shown.

Active / Removed / Both

Releases can be Active (available in the Play MPE system) or Removed (no longer available). By default, Reporting will show both Active and Removed.

To adjust what you wish to see, click on the Active / Removed button filter and select which you want to display.

Clearing a filter

To clear a filter, click the (x) button that shows with the button.
