Add a recipient to a list
Adding a recipient
- In Contacts, find the list you wish to add a recipient to and click its name to open it.
- Click the Add Recipient icon
The Add Recipient panel will open with fields where you can add needed contact information about the recipient.
- Fill out the fields ( Email, First Name and Last Name are required fields.).
- The field for Notes is useful if you need to include some internal information about the recipient.
- When you have filled the fields (email is required) click Save.
The recipient will be created and show on the existing list.
