By creating a Release Sharing Schedule you can decide how, when and with whom a release will be made available to release creators on other labels so that they can use it in their own campaign.
Who can use Release Sharing?
Staff will be able to share to specific labels as assigned by the Staff Manager in your label. To assign this privilege, learn how in this article.
Viewing Release Sharing
To access Release Sharing, after signing in, go to the main menu and click on Release Sharing.
The Release Sharing Schedules page will show.
This page shows existing "Release Sharing Schedules". A release sharing schedule is a schedule you create that specifies what release is to be shared along with its artist, and title, which labels were chosen to share it with and when the sharing was made active. The display can be sorted by clicking on the column headers or browsed using the page controls at the bottom.
Release Status
The Status column shows a release is either Pending or Shared. A Pending release is one that has not yet been made available to another label. A Shared release is now available in that label's release creator's Release list.
Viewing labels
To view the labels each release was shared with, click on the View Labels link for each schedule.
If you are new to Release Sharing the table will be blank. Create one by following the link below:
