Where do my Downloads go on a Mac?

If you’re using our browser-based Play MPE® Player and want to know where your downloads are stored, the location depends on your browser settings. Follow the instructions for your specific browser below:

Safari

  1. Open the Safari menu and select "Settings."

     2. In the Preferences window, navigate to the General tab.
     3. Look for the section labeled "File Download Location." Here, you can choose the folder where you want your downloads to be saved.

Google Chrome

    1. Click on the Chrome menu and select "Settings."

     2. Scroll down to the "Downloads" section.
     3. Here, you can change the download location by clicking on "Change" and selecting your preferred folder.



Mozilla Firefox

     1. Click on the Firefox menu and select "Preferences" or "Settings"
     2. Scroll down to the "Files and Applications" section.
     3. You can specify where you want your downloads to be saved by selecting the "Save files to" option.
