Viewing and Navigating Labels

Viewing and Navigating Labels

Users with the Label Management role can view the labels they have access to by clicking the Record Labels tab in the main menu.

Labels View Overview

Upon accessing the Record Labels section, the page will display your top parent label (which is the default label for your company). In the Sub-labels column, you’ll see how many subsidiary (or "child") labels are under the selected parent label.

Searching for Labels

If you have multiple labels, use the search feature to quickly find a specific label:

  1. Type the full or partial name of the label you’re looking for in the search field at the top of the page.
  2. After entering your search term, press Enter to filter the list based on your query.

Navigating Labels

To explore labels and their hierarchy, follow these steps:

  1. To view child labels, click on the label name you want to explore. This will display any sub-labels (child labels) beneath it.

  2. Once you're within a label, use the breadcrumb navigation at the top of the page to easily move back to the parent label or higher levels of the label hierarchy.
