Use Favourites to Save Commonly Selected Labels

To save time when picking labels you can now use the new Favoriting feature when using tools that allow you to pick labels.

Favorites now added to Label picking UI

  1. When using a label picker tool (for example in New Release Sharing Schedule) Labels now have a Star icon. 
  2. There is also a new permanent folder called Favorites that is sticky to the top of your labels list.
  3. Any label you pick for favorites will appear in that folder within the specific tool where it is featured (example: Release Sharing, Staff Manager)
  4. From within that folder you can select individual labels or select the entire folder

Picking a favorite

  1. Browse for the label you wish to add and click the star icon

  2. Go to the Favorites folder at the top of the label picker and open it

  3. All labels that were picked as Favorites will show in this folder.

Unpicking a favorite

  1. Anywhere you see a filled gold star, you can click it again to remove that label from the favorites folder
