You can change the album art for a release that will be displayed in the player and in the notification email by editing the Album art element in Email Builder. 

By default, album art is always included in the email layout but initially it will be blank. 

  1. In Email builder go to the Element blocks on the right side of the screen and click on the Album art button.


    The album art upload and preview editing panel will open.
  2. Drag and drop a common graphic file into the space to upload it. Larger graphic files make take some time to upload and be processed into an acceptable web format.


    After it is finished uploading, a preview image of the new album art will be displayed.


  3. Press OK to confirm.

    It will appear in the layout on the left side of Email builder. Once the release is published, the album art will appear in the player release.

Replacing existing album art

  1. If you are replacing existing album art, open up the album art editing panel or hover over the album art in the layout on the left side and click on the pencil icon.


    Then click on the graphic itself. You will be prompted to browse for its replacement.
