Adding & Editing a Tracklist in Your Release Email

You can add a track listing showing the Artist, song title and track length of the tracks in the release by adding the element in Email Builder. (Track listing will always show in the release as it shows in the Player)

  1. Click on the Track List icon in Email builder. 


    The Track List editing panel will open.


  2. Use this panel to style the text of the track list as it displays in the release email. 

    Once you are done, press OK. 
  3. To add the track list to the email layout, click on the Track List icon and drag it into the layout on the left side.



    The track list will show in the layout and will reflect any styling changes you made to the text. 

Editing track order

The track list reflects the order in the original Asset. You must edit through Asset Manager.

Reversing Artist - Title

You can reverse the order of Artist and Title in your track order by clicking on the drop down and selecting the order you want. Choosing No Artist will remove the artist entirely from the track list.

Styling the Header line

Use the controls under Header to change the appearance of the under line under the header of Track list.
