Signing into Play MPE® Player

Signing In with Username and Password

  1. Go to https://player.plaympe.com/
  2. In the Email field, enter the email address associated with your account.
  3. In the Password field, enter your password.
  4. Click the Sign in button.
  5. Once logged in, you can download and stream the releases available to you.

Forgot Your Password?

If you can’t remember your password, follow these steps:
  1. On the login page, click the Forgot Password? link.

      2. Look for an email from Play MPE® with instructions to reset your password.
      3. Click on the Reset Password link in the email and follow the prompts.

The Magic Link feature allows you to log in without a password:
  1. Visit https://player.plaympe.com/.
  2. Click on "Sign in with magic link"

      3. Check your email and look for an email from Play MPE®.
      4. Click on the Sign into Player link in the email. This will automatically log you into the Player.

      5. You can now download and stream the releases available to you without needing to remember your  password.

Important Notes

  1.  As long as you don’t log out, you will remain logged in each time you access the Player.
  2.  If your browser is set to clear cookies, you may be prompted to log in each time you open the Player.
  3. Avoid checking the box labeled "Public Computer" when logging in, as this will limit your session.
