Sending a Release

Sending a Release

The service we offer to promote your music is called Caster.

With Caster, you can share your music directly with verified music industry professionals around the world. It’s easy to set up your release — you can upload your music files, add your artwork and promo materials, enter your metadata, and choose from different distribution packages that fit your goals.

Pricing info is available HERE.

After you’ve submitted your release, one of our Release Coordinators will get in touch to show you a preview of your promotional email. You’ll be able to review it and make any changes before it’s sent out.

To get a better idea of how Caster works, I recommend watching this quick video tutorial:

How Caster Works & How to Set Up a Release

Each release includes three email blasts to promote your tracks — one goes out when your release launches, and two more can be scheduled within six months with your Release Coordinator. You can also make edits to your first email before sending the others.

You’ll have access to detailed reporting that shows clicks, streams, and downloads, so you can see how your promotion is performing.

If you’d like to get started, you can create your free profile here:

Once your profile is set up, you’ll be assigned a dedicated Account Manager who can help answer any questions and guide you through the best ways to promote your music.
