Approval Request emails only deliver to the Promotions tab in Gmail. How do I fix this?

If your Play MPE Approval Request emails go directly to the Promotions tab in Gmail instead of your primary inbox, follow the steps below:

1) Log into your gmail email account
2) Click the settings button on the upper right-hand side of the menu


3) Select "See all settings"


4) Go to the “Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab


5) Select "Create a new filter"


6) Enter approvers@plaympe.com on the "From" line and click "Create filter"


7) Select the check box for “Also apply filter to matching messages" and set the "Categorize as" field to "Primary". Select "Create filter".
