My Player account isn’t receiving enough content. What should I do?

If your Player account is not receiving the expected content, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

1. Request Servicing from Label Contacts:
Reach out to your label contacts and ask them to ensure that your account is properly added to their lists to receive their content via Play MPE®.

2. Verify Your Subscription to Play MPE® Managed Lists:
To request addition to a new Play MPE® managed list, go to the "Lists" dropdown menu in your Player account.
