Why is my email notification late by 5 minutes after sending it immediately?

Why is my email notification late by 5 minutes after sending it immediately?

Because of time needed for processing and scheduling, it may take up to 5 minutes before you'll get the release email notification. If the release is scheduled in advance,  the release email will be sent based on the set time.
