Importing a list of recipients from a spreadsheet (.csv or .xlsx/xls )

You can import a list of recipients from an external spreadsheet (.csv) by uploading it to Contacts and mapping existing fields to the list. The

  1. To import a .csv or .xlsx/xls, in Lists, find a list you wish to import recipients into and click on it to open the list. Email Address, First Name and Last Name are required fields. Please make sure that your file have these info.
  2. In Contacts, select the list/s you wish to import your recipients list. You can use the top import function if you want to mass export or use the import function within the recipients section,

  3. Select the import function and browse and select the file.
  4. Select the Next button


    5. Map the columns that corresponds to the column of the csv or xls/xlsx file that you are importing. If you are replacing the list make sure to select the check box "Replace - Overwrites the list"
            
      6. Select the Finish button.

            

Note: If you used the top import function, please make sure that the file you are importing has the column for List Name [ID:List ID].


      Download Summary

      If you want to check the summary of the import process, select Download Summary. 

      

      The summary will show you which recipients failed to import and the reason why it failed.
