How can I ensure Release Emails go to my Primary Inbox?

If you're using Gmail and finding that Play MPE® email notifications are landing in your Promotions folder, you can set up a filter to have them delivered directly to your Primary Inbox. Follow these steps to configure your filter:

1. Visit mail.google.com and sign in to your account.
2. Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the upper-right corner of your Gmail interface and select “See all settings”.
3. Navigate to the “Filters and Blocked Addresses” tab at the top.
4. Click on “Create a new filter” at the bottom.
5. In the “From” field, enter listmgr@plaympe.com.
6. Click “Create filter”.
7. Check the box labeled “Categorize as” and select “Primary” from the dropdown menu.
8. Select “Create filter” to finalize the setup.

Once you’ve completed these steps, Play MPE® release notifications should be delivered to your Primary Inbox rather than the Promotions tab.
