How will I know if my account is Full-Service or Self-Service?

full-service account will only allow you to submit your release to our operations team who will then set up your account. A full-service account will only see a Releases and Reporting menu when they log into Caster.
A
self-service account has full-access to Caster. They can design the email on their own, select recipients and publish their release. Aside from Releases and reporting, a self-service account will also see the other menu options.
