How do I resend a release?
Resends are a crucial element of your Caster campaign! These follow-up sends help to keep your release relevant and fresh in the inboxes of your recipients. Each release comes with 3 email blasts total.
We generally recommend waiting 3-4 weeks between blasts and adding any new relevant updates to your release email. Changes/updates can include your email subject line, adding new press photos, press quotes, promotional info, tour dates, music videos, etc.
To schedule a resend of your release, contact your Release Coordinator by email and include any needed edits in your message. Please include your release ID # for efficiency.
Please note all resends must be used within 6 months of the initial send out, and we can only schedule one at a time.
