When the search results are too large to easily navigate or find a particular release, you can filter the displayed results to narrow your view. Use the filter buttons located to the right of the search box to customize your results.
Filtering by Date
- Click the Date filter button
- Choose from the predefined date ranges in the dropdown, or select Custom Range to specify your own start and end dates.
Filtering by Owner
- Click the Owner filter button.
- A popup will appear showing a list of Owner labels.
- Scroll through the list (up to 50 entries).
- Search for a specific owner using the search box at the top.
3. To select an owner, click the entry from the list.
Note: The trident icon next to an owner label indicates that there are nested sub-owners under that label.
4. To include results from sub-owners (children of the selected owner), check the box at the bottom of the popup.
Filter by Label
- Click the Label button next to the search box.
- Refine your search using the same methods as in the Owner filter (scroll or search).
Filter by List/ Sub-List
You can filter by recipient lists to see all releases accessible to the same group of recipients.
Note: Not all recipient lists are available to all users. Only those lists accessible to you will appear.
Active, Removed, or Both
By default, the report will display both Active (currently available) and Removed (no longer available) releases.
To adjust the visibility:
- Click the Active / Removed filter button.
- Select which status you want to display (Active, Removed, or Both).
Clearing a filter
To remove any applied filter, click the (x) icon next to the active filter button.
Notes:
- Filters are cumulative, meaning you can apply multiple filters at once to refine your search.
- If you need to reset all filters, simply clear each one by clilicking the (x) icon next to the active filter button.
