Downloading tracks from the Play MPE® Player

The Play MPE® Player allows you to download tracks for offline playback, provided they have download rights. Follow the instructions below to easily download tracks from your releases.

Downloading All Tracks from a Release

To download all tracks from a specific release: 

  1. Navigate to the Releases Page and find the release you want to download.
  2. Hover over the release to reveal the options.
  3. Click the Download icon (down arrow).

All tracks from the selected release will be downloaded to your computer. By default, the files will be saved in your Downloads folder.

Downloading Individual Tracks

To download a specific track from a release: 
  1. Open the Release Summary by clicking on the album graphic associated with the release.
  2. Scroll down to the Track List section.
  3. Hover over the individual track you wish to download.
  4. Click the Download icon (down arrow) either in WAV or MP3.


Changing the Default File Format

You can customize the file format for downloads by following these steps:
  1. Click on your Account icon (head icon) located on the right side of the player interface to access Account Settings
  2. In the Player & Downloads section, find the Preferred Download Format drop-down menu.
  3. Select your desired format from the options available.


Tips for Successful Downloads

  1. Ensure you have a stable internet connection while downloading.
  2. Check your computer's storage space.
