When you delete a label, it will be removed from the release creation process, but it will not affect any active releases that were previously assigned to that label.
Steps to Delete a Label:
- On the left side of the screen, go to the "Record Labels" tab.
2. In the list of labels, locate the label you wish to delete.
3. Click the three dots (⋮) menu next to the label name to open the options.
4. From the menu, choose Delete to remove the label.
Important Notes:
- Deleting a label only affects new releases — any active releases that were previously assigned the deleted label will remain unchanged.
- If you simply want to remove a label from an individual release, it may be less disruptive to remove it from the release directly rather than deleting the label entirely.
