How do I check the download progress or status?
To monitor your download progress in the Play MPE® Player, use the Download Manager section in the Player interface. Here’s how:
Click the download button for the desired track.
Look for the download icon in the upper right corner of the player interface. It appears as a white download symbol.
When you click the Download Manager icon, a new page will pop up displaying the status of your downloads.
Here’s what the indicators mean:
- Zipping: The system is currently processing your request.
- Blue Circle Moving Clockwise: Your download is in progress.
- Blue Check Mark: The download has been completed successfully.
- Red Exclamation Inside a Red Circle: The download was unsuccessful. It may be due to not having enough hard drive space. Click this icon to restart the download.
Since the player operates in a browser, all downloads will be saved to the default download folder set in your browser. Typically, this is your computer's Downloads folder.
