How do I change my Caster password?

How do I change my Caster password?

To change your encoder password, please follow the steps below.

1) Click the drop-down menu on the upper right-hand section(where your name is) of the page and select Preferences.



2) Select Change Password at the bottom of the form.



3) Enter the old password, enter the new password and reenter it again and click submit. Note: Password must have at least 7 characters including at least one number and one letter.



4) Login using the new password.
