How can I update & save my billing information?

With Billing Manager, payment information can be managed with more flexibility. This feature allows users to add/remove payment details outside of the release creation process. Accounts with multiple users will require one-time authorization from their Billing Manager to complete payment for new submissions. 


To manage payment settings from within your Caster account, click your account icon and select “Billing Information”.



From here you can enter your payment information and save your card details to your account. If you currently have a card saved and wish to change your payment method, you may select the garbage bin icon to delete it and enter your new card information.


Your payment information will be saved and appear in Step 4 when submitting and paying for your release.



Once saved, your payment method will be accessible for use by authorized users of your accounts across Play MPE products. If your Caster account does not have billing manager permissions and no card is saved within the account, you will not be able to submit a release until a payment method has been added. Contact your account Billing Manager to save a credit card for use, or contact support@plaympe.com if you believe this is an error.
