You can add a link to a hosted video (YouTube, Vimeo, etc) in your notification email by using the YouTube video link Promotional Info.

Note: Videos will not play in the email itself, it will link to the hosted video page.

  1. In Email builder click the Promotional Info button in Element blocks.

  2. Click where you wish the video link to appear and then click the video insert button located in the promotional info controls. 
    The video properties panel will open.

  3. Paste the URL of the YouTube link and click OK. 
    The thumbnail of the video will appear and be correctly linked.

  4. To edit the size and other properties of the thumbnail, double-click on the image itself and adjust the image properties.

Viewing the video

To view the video you need to send yourself a Preview email.
