To create a new schedule:

  1. Edit your release.
  2. Click on Contacts (Step 4) in the top navigation for that release.


    The schedules page will open showing existing schedules. 
  3. To create an assignment, click the Create new schedule button.



    This will open up a new schedule page. 


  4. The enable download check box will make it available for Stream and Download. If you leave it unchecked, it means that you are only making it available for Stream.


  5. The section below is where you set Release Available Date/time, Send (email) date/time and Release expiration date.


  6. Press SAVE once you have made your selections.


    The schedule will now show in the Schedules page.
